Lisa Modesto is an experienced human resources leader, with expertise in developing and delivering HR strategy in both unionized and non-unionized contexts.

 

For 5+ years, Lisa was responsible for HR at a 500+ employee, multi-site manufacturing company, where she was accountable for all aspects of people development and management.  Her experience focused on program development, coaching of key business leaders, and advising group leaders on all facets of HR management to ensure best practices.

 

Lisa holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she graduated on the Dean's List with a concentration in Human Resources.  She is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) as per the Human Resources Professionals Association, and was short-listed for the CHRL Of The Year award in 2015.
